🌹 Quantum Conception™ Affiliate Program Policies

Welcome to the Quantum Conception™ Affiliate Circle. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and policies. These protect the integrity of this sacred work, ensure compliance with legal standards, and honor the codes of abundance flowing through this temple.

1. Program Nature & Representation

  • Affiliates may present Quantum Conception™ as a 12-week educational and spiritual program focused on fertility awareness, womb energetics, and embodiment practices.

  • Affiliates must not market Quantum Conception™ as a medical treatment, guaranteed fertility solution, or replacement for healthcare.

  • All marketing should honor the program’s essence: spiritual education, womb healing, and holistic empowerment.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All program content (modules, meditations, transmissions, guides, branding, and marketing assets) are the intellectual property of Leah Sonaria / Flow Alchemy Enterprises, Inc.

  • Affiliates may use only the officially provided media assets and swipe copy for promotions.

  • Affiliates may not create derivative works, rebrand, or distribute program materials outside the provided promotional context.

  • Violation of IP rights will result in immediate termination of affiliate status and potential legal action.

3. Affiliate Commissions

  • Affiliates receive a $555 USD commission for each referral who enrolls using their unique affiliate link.

  • Each affiliate will also be provided with a personal coupon code ($555 off tuition) to share with their community.

  • Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.

  • Tracking is handled through Kajabi and cookies are only active for 60 days. Any purchases made through affiliate links beyond that time frame may not be accounted for. Flow Alchemy Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for missed commissions if affiliates fail to use their unique links or codes.

4. Access Perks for Affiliates

  • After 1 referral, affiliates receive access to Modules 1–6 of Quantum Conception™.

  • After 2 referrals, affiliates receive full access to the program.

  • Affiliate access is intended for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote through personal networks, email lists, social media, and aligned communities.

  • Affiliates may not engage in:

    • Paid ads using the Quantum Conception™ brand name or Leah Sonaria’s name.

    • Spam, misleading claims, or aggressive sales tactics.

    • Language that implies guaranteed conception, pregnancy, or medical outcomes.

  • All promotions must emphasize that Quantum Conception™ is educational and spiritual in nature, not medical advice.

6. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

  • Affiliates agree to respect the privacy of all participants and uphold the integrity of the Quantum Conception™ community.

     

  • Sharing client stories, testimonials, or sensitive information without consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Integration with Privacy Policy & Terms

By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to abide by the Quantum Conception™ Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, including disclaimers around results, intellectual property, and participant confidentiality.
